The Role: Want to be part of our growth journey? We’re looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated SAP B1 Functional Consultant to join our Solutions team. You’ll lead SAP B1 integration projects and provide exceptional ERP support to customers. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deploy, support, and enhance our AP automation solution, focusing on Oracle NetSuite implementations. The ideal candidate will have: Deep expertise in SAP B1 A strong technical background with SaaS or ERP products A customer-first mindset and outstanding communication skills Key Responsibilities Lead and support client implementations of TRAILD’s AP automation platform with SAP B1 Assist the sales team in demonstrating how TRAILD can help prospects streamline, automate, and secure their accounts payable Configure, test, and troubleshoot technical integrations for seamless deployment and user adoption Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and provide tailored ERP/AP solutions Provide technical support to clients, especially for escalated or complex ERP issues Create and maintain documentation, technical notes, and knowledge base articles Partner with Sales, Product, Success, and Technology teams to ensure customer success Stay updated with the evolving IFS platform and contribute to improving TRAILD’s integration capabilities Job requirements Who You Are: 3+ years of experience with SAP B1 (administration, development, or solution consulting) Strong understanding of ERP systems, SaaS products, and financial processes—especially Accounts Payable Knowledge of Acumatica, Syspro, IFS, or NetSuite is beneficial Proven ability to diagnose technical issues and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve them Confident, articulate, and professional in client interactions Curious, adaptable, and eager to grow with a scale-up Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid setup Strong collaborator with a growth-oriented, hands-on, adaptable mindset The Perks of Working at TRAILD Flexibility: Remote, hybrid, and flexible working options Global Team: Growing across APAC, NA, and EMEA, with team members worldwide Opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding company with exciting growth prospects Employee Satisfaction: We scored a 78 eNPS in our 2025 survey Please note: Final applicants will be asked to consent to a police/criminal background check, as permitted by law in your jurisdiction. #J-18808-Ljbffr
