With a small, collaborative team and a deep commitment to craftsmanship, they deliver detailed, high-quality projects while fostering autonomy, trust, and a genuine love for building. Most work is located on the North Shore (85%), with additional projects in Shaughnessy, Kitsilano, and Kerrisdale (15%). About the Role As Project Lead / Working Site Supervisor, you will manage one to two luxury residential projects from start to finish. This role blends hands‑on site work with project management, client coordination, and trade supervision. You'll run the day-to-day operations on site, maintain progress and quality, communicate with clients and architects, and lead apprentices all while remaining active on the tools when needed.This is an on‑site role with significant autonomy, supported by an in‑office administrative team for paperwork and procurement. Key Responsibilities Manage one to two high‑end residential construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subtrades to maintain project schedules and budgets. Balance project management duties with hands‑on carpentry (typically 6075% PM and 2540% tools). Oversee daily site operations, enforce safety protocols, and ensure top‑tier quality control. Supervise, mentor, and support apprentices and labourers, with administrative and procurement support from the office. Provide leadership, feedback, and input as the company continues to grow and refine its systems. Requirements Experience in residential construction; custom homes or high‑end renovations preferred. Carpentry background or strong working knowledge of on‑site construction practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and trades. Proven leadership abilities and experience supervising others on site. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal oversight. Proficiency in managing budgets and coordinating multiple trades. Valid driver's license and ability to commute to North Shore project sites.
