We are seeking an experienced **Site Supervisor** to oversee subcontractor operations and ensure seamless execution of commercial renovation projects. This role requires a hands-on leader who excels in on-site safety management, quality control, and cross-team coordination. **Key Responsibilities**:
**1. On-Site Safety & Compliance**
- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations (e.g., helmet use, fire extinguisher checks, first aid kit maintenance).
- Conduct regular safety training and drills for workers and subcontractors.
- Identify and resolve potential hazards, addressing emergencies promptly.

**2. Progress & Quality Control**
- Monitor project timelines, resolve delays, and ensure alignment with schedules.
- Inspect work quality against design drawings, technical specifications, and client requirements.
- Perform daily site inspections, document deviations, and drive corrective actions.

**3. Subcontractor & Team Management**
- Audit subcontractor performance (e.g., plumbing, electrical, painting teams) for quality and progress.
- Coordinate workflows between trades to prevent conflicts during overlapping tasks.
- Lead daily site meetings, report updates to Project Managers, and communicate directives to teams.

**4. Material & Resource Oversight**
- Verify delivered materials against orders for quantity and specifications.
- Minimize waste and optimize resource usage to control costs.
- Manage tools and equipment maintenance to prevent loss or damage.

**5. Documentation & Communication**
- Maintain daily logs, safety records, and quality inspection reports.
- Liaise with clients, designers, engineers, and property management to resolve technical issues (e.g., design conflicts, site constraints).
- Respond swiftly to client or management requests for changes.

**6. Environmental Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations (e.g., waste disposal, noise control).

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum **3 years of site supervision experience** in renovation or construction.
- Proven track record in managing subcontractors.
- **Technical Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of renovation practices, blueprint reading, and safety standards (OSHA/local regulations).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders (clients, teams, authorities).
- Resilience to thrive under pressure in dynamic environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
