With a robust asset portfolio and new funds on the horizon, they are scaling their IT function to support rapid expansion and institutional-grade operations. The Role As the IT Manager , you will own the full IT stack—on-prem hardware, cloud integrations, security, compliance, and automation—while leading a lean, high-impact team. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to grow into senior management. Core Responsibilities Upgrade, maintain, and enforce HIPAA compliance in partnership with 3rd-party specialists. Ensure 99.9%+ uptime on on-prem servers and critical systems. Provide after‑hours on‑call support (reasonably managed—late‑night fixes = WFH or flex start the next day). Onboard new hires , manage equipment lifecycle, and deliver security & best‑practice training. Run the internal help‑desk and champion user adoption. Drive IT automation and new initiatives to scale operations. Required Experience 5–10 years of end‑to‑end IT management (infrastructure, security, support). IT Security or Network Security degree (or equivalent certifications). Proven track record in on‑prem + cloud hybrid environments . Highly Valued Skills & Certifications Automation tools – Airflow, Ansible, NiFi . Azure Certifications (SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, AZ-500, MS-102) or vendor equivalents. Governance & Audit – CISA, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, ITIL 4. Nice-to-Haves Python scripting for automation. Exposure to LLMs / AI workflows . Why Join?
