Position Overview Avanciers, a premier IT Staffing/Consulting organization, is recruiting for a contract role in Canada as a Workday Integration Lead. This remote position is actively being hired. Employment Type: Contract Duration: 12+ months Location: Remote Rate: $100/hr - $120/hr CAD (Depending on Experience) Core Responsibilities We are seeking a technical leader to spearhead the design and implementation of seamless data flows between Workday and various internal and external platforms. This role ensures that our systems communicate securely and accurately while supporting critical institutional processes. Architecture & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of integration solutions—from initial design and development to final deployment—ensuring all systems remain synchronized and secure. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the technical bridge between IT and business units to translate complex requirements into functional technical solutions and resolve integration bottlenecks.快> Technical Governance: Maintain high standards through detailed documentation, adherence to compliance protocols, and providing expert‑level troubleshooting and knowledge sharing for long‑term operational success. Ideal Candidate Profile The preferred candidate brings a strong background in Higher Education environments, specifically: Primary Focus: Proven experience leading Workday Student integrations. Alternative Experience: Extensive background integrating other Student Information Systems (SIS) or managing Workday HCM/Financials integrations within a university setting. eligibility.
