Payroll and Time Tracking/Absence SME - Workday We are looking for an English‑speaking Workday Payroll SME with strong Time Tracking and Absence experience to support enhancements and defect resolution. Key responsibilities Assess end-to-end payroll processes and review the Workday Payroll tenant to identify process breakdowns and leakages Provide solutions for payroll enhancements and resolve payroll defects Lead client discussions including requirements gathering and solution design Configure Workday to meet complex client requirements (hands‑on configuration) Lead or support testing (unit, end‑to‑ جهاز, and UAT) and help drive issue resolution Produce clear documentation for the implemented solution, configurations, and testing outcomes Required experience Strong Workday Payroll SME experience (hands‑on) Solid experience across Time Tracking and Absence, and how they impact payroll outcomes Proven ability to troubleshoot payroll issues and improve processes within the Workday tenant Experience leading client workshops and stakeholder discussions Strong documentation skills and ability to work at pace on immediate start needs Seniority level Employment type Contract Job function Consulting Industries Technology, Information and Internet Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Focus on WD by 2x Get notified about new Payroll Consultant jobs in Canada.
