Hardware Asset Management Specialist at Intelliswift - An LTTS Company Pay range: $35/hr to $40/hr Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days a week in office We are seeking experienced professionals for the Hardware Asset Management Specialist role. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in managing technology hardware assets within an enterprise environment. Role & Responsibilities Manage IT hardware at the bank within the book of record. Work on tickets – resolve data quality issues. Qualifications 1-2 years proven experience in technology hardware asset management. Knowledge of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) is a must. Extensive hands‑on experience using ServiceNow or a similar ITSM/ticketing platform. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Problem‑solving and data ownership mindset. Ability to document processes, identify gaps and improve processes is an asset. Hands‑on experience with Power Automate is an asset. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, or similar SQL tools for data analysis. Nice To Haves Knowledge of discovery tools (e.g., SCCM, ServiceNow Discovery) is an asset. HAM Pro Certification is an asset. IAITAM Certification is an asset. Previous banking experience. Education Post-secondary degree. #J-18808-Ljbffr
