Pay rate range - $35/hr. to $40/hr Hybrid, 2 days in office We are seeking experienced professionals for Hardware Asset Management Specialist role. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in managing technology hardware assets within an enterprise environment. Role & Responsibilities Manage IT hardware at the bank within book of record Work on tickets - resolving data quality issues Qualifications 1-2 years proven experience in technology hardware asset management Knowledge of CMDB (Configure Management Data Base) is a must Extensive hands‑on experience using ServiceNow or a similar ITSM/ticketing platform Strong attention to details and organizational skills Problem solving and data ownership mindset Ability to document process, identify gaps and improve process is an asset Hands on experience with Power Automate is an asset Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, or similar SQL tools for data analysis Nice To Haves Knowledge of Discovery Tools is an asset (SCCM, ServiceNow Discovery, etc.) HAM Pro Certification is an asset IAITAM Certification is an assetli> Previous banking Education Post Secondary Degree #J-18808-Ljbffr
