Hardware Asset Management Specialist - 82611Duration: 6-months (possible extension)Location Hybrid 2-days a week (Scarborough)We are seeking experienced professionals for Hardware Asset Management Specialist role. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in managing technology hardware assets within an enterprise environment.Role & Responsibilities• Manage IT hardware at the bank within book of record• Work on tickets - resolving data quality issuesQualifications:• 1-2 years proven experience in technology hardware asset management• Knowledge of CMDB (Configure Management Data Base) is a must• Extensive hands-on experience using ServiceNow or a similar ITSM/ticketing platform• Strong attention to details and organizational skills• Problem solving and data ownership mindset- Ability to document process, identify gaps and improve process is an asset- Hands on experience with Power Automate is an asset• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, or similar SQL tools for data analysisNice To Haves:• Knowledge of Discovery Tools is an asset (SCCM, ServiceNow Discovery, etc.)• HAM Pro Certification is an asset• IAITAM Certification is an asset• Previous bankingEducation:• Post Secondary DegreeInterviews:• 1st round with HM - preferred onsite but virtual is good - 45 minutes Apply
