About the Opportunity As an Electrical Project Manager in the major project department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing major ($100M +) electrical projects from initiation to completion. You will also play a vital role in estimating project costs and providing accurate bids to prospective clients. Your strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and attention to detail will ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.About the Position Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop project plans. Conduct detailed site visits and assessments to determine project scope and identify potential challenges. Prepare accurate and competitive project cost estimates, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors. Create comprehensive project proposals and bid packages for client submission. Manage project budgets, ensuring effective cost control and adherence to financial targets. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services. Schedule and organize project activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to project timelines. Supervise and lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular progress reports for clients and management.
