Hiring Requirements We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, report automation, and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain operations, data analytics, and task automation, with exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience leveraging AI tools to optimize performance. Key Responsibilities Analyze complex supply chain datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to support strategic and operational decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions. Design and automate recurring reports to improve accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility. Streamline reporting processes using tools such as Power Query, VBA, and Power BI. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting platforms. Develop and deploy automation scripts and workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve productivity. Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance supply chain performance. Build advanced Excel models for scenario analysis, cost optimization, and performance tracking. Utilize complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization techniques. Experience & Education Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field (Master’s degree is an asset). 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, reporting, and process automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Self-starter with the ability to independently drive projects from concept to completion. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience working with large and complex data sets. Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, VBA, and Power Query). Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Familiarity with Python, SQL, or other scripting languages for data analysis and automation. Knowledge of AI applications in supply chain (e.g., predictive analytics, machine learning). Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred). Understanding of logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations. Certification in data analytics or supply chain (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma, Microsoft Certified Data Analyst). The annual salary range for applicants is: $59,150 - $80,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other factors.
