The Supply Chain Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the end-to-end supply chain. This includes managing the international flow of goods and materials, coordinating between suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses and customers, ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget. The Supply Chain Analyst will work closely with multiple departments, including procurement, logistics, inventory and production, to optimize the supply chain process, reduce costs and improve service levels.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Supply Chain Planning & Coordination
- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, from procurement of raw materials to the delivery of finished products to customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and warehouses to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials and products.
- Develop and maintain supply chain schedules to ensure that production and shipment timelines are met.
- Monitor production and shipment progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing demand or resolve any supply chain issues.

2. Vendor and Supplier Management
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Evaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvement, including delivery timelines, quality control, and cost-effectiveness.

3. Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely deliveries and shipments, including arranging transportation and managing shipping schedules.
- Work with freight forwarders, carriers, and distribution partners to ensure on-time and cost-effective transportation.
- Address any shipping delays, discrepancies, or damages that arise during transit, ensuring quick resolution.

4. Process Improvement & Efficiency Optimization
- Continuously evaluate supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Propose solutions to optimize costs, reduce lead times, and improve service levels.
- Implement lean principles and best practices in supply chain management to enhance overall efficiency.

5. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as import/export regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain (e.g., supplier disruptions, transportation issues) and develop contingency plans to mitigate those risks.

**Qualifications**
- University degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Purchasing or Operations
- 2-3 years of experience as Supply Chain Analyst
- 2+ years of experience with international trade and/or international supply chain experience
- Advanced understanding of supply chain activities and strong analytical skills
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Knowledge of Power-BI - an asset
- Excellent communication (oral/written), organization and time management skills
- Ability to effectively work with both internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to details, confidentiality, thoroughness, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
