**Job Description**: **We’re a naan traditional company** **Summary**: Reporting to the Team Leader, the main responsibility of the Supply Chain Analyst is to run a series of reports/tools facilitating decisions in the Supply Chain. Unleashing Your Potential. - Competitive Compensation, Health Benefits, & a generous flexible medical/health spending account - RRSP matching program. - Tuition reimbursement program. - Discount program that covers almost everything under the sun - Restaurants, gyms, shopping etc. **Primary Responsibilities**: - Run and analyze reports using tools such as SAP IBP to support data-driven decision-making across the Supply Chain. - Maintain a strong understanding of material and information flow within the internal FGF supply chain network. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales & Marketing to develop and maintain an accurate Sales Forecast that drives production planning. - Support new product introductions from a supply chain planning perspective, ensuring seamless integration into forecasting and production cycles. - Understand and anticipate the impact of customer promotions, product transitions, demand trends, and seasonal fluctuations on supply and demand planning. - Monitor forecast accuracy and performance, adjusting future forecasts in collaboration with the Sales team based on insights and trends. - Perform ad-hoc data analyses to support strategic and operational initiatives. - Contribute to continuous improvement projects by working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes. - Additional duties as assigned. **Qualifications**: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, specifically demand forecasting and sales - Post-secondary education in Business, preferable with focus on Supply Chain - Proficiency in SAP IBP - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Advanced Excel skills is a must - VBA, R or any other language for statistical computing and data visualization would be a strength - Ability to reliably commute to the Toronto office for work **What is the recipe for a great career at FGF?** Working at FGF Brands, there is never a dull moment As a successful company that is continually growing there is always challenging yet rewarding work to be a part of.
