Job Title: Inside Sales/Account Manager (Sports Programming) Job Type: Full-time, permanent Location: New Westminster, BC area – Hybrid option available Get your game face on At Premium Sports, we take a lot of pride in being Canada’s leading provider of specialty live sports programming for commercial establishments. We are the exclusive sales agents for some of the best sporting events including UFC Pay Per Views, and the NFL Sunday Ticket package. Our offerings also include the NHL Centre Ice package, European Soccer and Rugby Leagues and much more. We are looking for an energetic and motivated inside sales to join our team What you’ll do As an Inside Sales/Account Manager, you will work with bar, pub and restaurant owners across Canada to bring the best and the biggest sporting events and packages to their establishments. You will perform a mix of sales, sales administration and customer service responsibilities including: ●       Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers across the country to deliver the sales of our pay-per-view sporting events, programming and channels ●       Understand customers’ needs and recommend the most appropriate solutions that would optimize value for both the customer and Premium Sports ●       Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue, activity and sales targets ●       Build and maintain strong and professional relationships with our customer base ●       Prepare sales contracts and other documents promptly and accurately by following set standards, procedures and processes ●       Act as key point of contact for customers, identify service requirements on an ongoing basis, follow up and resolve customer queries ●       Stay current with product knowledge around the most exciting sporting events What we offer ●       $60,000 base salary, and performance bonuses ●       Extended medical benefits including Health Spending Account ●       One floating holiday per quarter (on top of vacation and sick days) to use as you wish ●       Company events including annual team trip or Dinners ●       Paid Parking (if Hybrid) ●       Other perks including sporting event invitations and various swag provided by our partners as available So, are you a fit? To add to our team, these attributes will be crucial to your success: ●       You are fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking) ●       You are self-motivated, results-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at a time ●       You have awesome relationship building skills and love the rush of closing a sale ●       You are great at making both cold and warm calls ●       You can learn, retain and convey product knowledge ●       You bring excellent customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve and follow-up ●       You are comfortable using a computer, including Microsoft Office and internet browsers, and can learn new programs/systems as needed Nice to have but not necessary to be successful: ●       French is a GREAT asset ●       1-2 years of sales experience ●       A passion for sports
