Business Line Manager – OreBody Solutions (OBK) Location: Canada Travel Requirement: Up to 50% Your Mission: As a key member of our Canadian Customer Center Leadership Team, you will set strategies, build customer loyalty, and lead a talented team to deliver results in a fast‑evolving industry. Responsibilities Develop and execute market and sales strategies aligned with divisional goals. Lead the OBK business line with full P&L and Balance Sheet responsibility. Optimize market coverage through direct sales and independent distribution. Foster strong customer relationships by delivering world‑class product support. Guide and coach teams to achieve dominant market share across: Capital equipment (surface/underground coring, reverse circulation). Drilling consumables (diamond products, in‑hole tools, drill rods, RC tools). Spare parts and aftermarket solutions. Geoscience and core scanning products. Achieve and exceed targets in orders, gross profit, receivables, inventories, and market contribution. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree or equivalent extensive experience in the mineral exploration business. 10+ years of experience in the Canadian or international exploration industry. Proven skills in sales, product management, and customer relations. Technical expertise in OBK product offerings. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Demonstrated success in strategy development and execution. Self‑motivation and the ability to lead change within a large organization.
