Account Executive, TD Equipment Finance, Vaughan, North York & Surrounding Area Join TD as an Account Executive in the Equipment Finance team, responsible for developing and closing new business in Vaughan, North York and surrounding areas, reporting to the Senior Sales Manager. Work Location: Burlington, Ontario, Canada Hours: 37.5 Line Of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking Pay Details: $75,000 - $95,000 CAD (eligible for commission based earnings) Job Description TD Commercial Banking provides financial solutions to North American businesses, aiming to deliver a first‑class banking client experience. The TD Equipment Finance team structures equipment financing for business clients, offering leases and loans as alternatives to traditional term loans. As an Account Executive, you will: Develop and close new business in the assigned region through external sourcing and referrals from Commercial Banking Centres. Support and provide expertise to assigned Commercial Banking Centers to exceed annual TDEF sales, revenue, volume, and new customer objectives. Solicit and fund direct business (non‑Bank) through cold calling, COIs, vendors, etc. Build a strong pipeline and maintain customer relationships using the Commercial Sales methodology. Leverage internal and external networks to increase referral flow. Structure creative competitive equipment finance solutions to meet customer needs. Assess credit requests and prepare high‑quality credit applications for the TDEF credit team. Deliver exceptional service at every interaction and continuously improve customer experience. Respond to changes in the business environment with action plans. Promote the TD brand at community events and refer appropriate TD Business Partners and Products. Understand market segments and industries to provide added value and mitigate risk to the Bank. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business. 5+ years of sales and/or customer relationship management experience. 5+ years of related experience in the financial industry or equipment financing. Preferred Skills Thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative, team‑driven environment. Superior business development skills. Strong initiative and relationship‑building ability. Customer‑centric mindset with a commitment to legendary service. Knowledge of equipment finance and leasing industry. Excellent analytical skills and deep knowledge of finance and accounting. Additional Information Head office is in Burlington; this role will serve Vaughan, North York and surrounding area.
