Responsibilities Position is in Bogota, Colombia, The Sales Director is in charge of all the commercial management of the company. He defines the commercial strategy together with the country managing director and ensure its implementation. He manages a team covering sales, back-office, customer experience and marketing activities. As the first commercial representative of the company he ensures the strict respect of processes (group and local), complies with risk policies and ensure sustainable growth.

  • Define the commercial strategy and objectives. Ensure these objectives are communicated to the team
  • Ensure adequation of resources, manage and support the team to reach or overpasses the objectives defined.
  • Ensure to maintain good relationship with customers, guarantee that NPS score is calculated and that actions plan are followed-up
  • Supervise the onboarding process of customers to ensure respect of KYC and credit risk processes and maintain a good quality of portfolio
  • Animate the marketing strategy of the company within the budget defined
  • Represent the company in internal and external events when required
  • Define and update the set of local commercial policies. Ensure that the team is trained and respect all the corpus of procedures and instruction from the group
  • Ensure exhaustiveness and delivery on time of the sets of reports and documents required by the local entity or the group
  • Collaborate with other areas to ensure the efficiency and profitability of the entity
  • Contribute actively within the Management team in order to foster profitability and innovation in the entity
  • work on any topic required by the CMD or its supervision

  • 8 years minimum of experience
  • Master’s degree
  • Ability to travel
  • English C1
  • Spanish C1
  • Good level in Microsoft suits and especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Leadership and team management experience
