This team is ideal for those who enjoy building, partnering, and driving meaningful impact at scale. a day in the life As the Director of Global Talent Strategy & Operations, you will define and drive a high-impact, scalable talent strategy that supports our global business ambitions. You will own and manage the Talent function’s budget, lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives and programs, and ensure alignment across People & Culture and the business. You will be a trusted partner to senior leaders, driving operational excellence, process efficiency, and alignment across regions. key responsibilities Lead the Global Talent strategic plan , setting multi-year priorities, capability needs, and the governance frameworks that align Talent initiatives and programs with enterprise people and business strategies. Oversee the full portfolio of Global Talent programs and initiatives , setting priorities, sequencing work, and providing strategic updates and materials for senior leadership and the Board. Run Talent acquisition programs including internship, equitable hiring ensuring they are aligned, scalable, and designed to create meaningful and equitable experiences for candidates and teams. Run Onboarding and Offboarding - as two key business processes. Define and optimize the Global Talent operations , including planning rhythms, decision‑making structures, cross‑team workflows, and process improvements in partnership with People & Culture Operations. Own the Global Talent financial strategy , guiding annual budget planning, resource allocation, and long‑term investment decisions while ensuring fiscal discipline and transparency. Establish the measurement framework for Global Talent , defining KPIs, dashboards, insights that inform prioritization, resource planning, and continuous improvement. Shape the strategic communication approach for Talent initiatives and serve as a key connector across People & Culture and business teams to ensure alignment and shared ownership of priorities. Lead and develop a high‑performing Strategy & Operations team , setting direction, building capability, and enabling execution excellence across the Global Talent organization. qualifications 10+ years People & Culture / Human Resource experience, including global experience with a focus on Operations Minimum 5 years in a people leadership role Strong background in designing, creating, implementing, and managing talent and/or people operations programs and initiatives Extensive experience in project and program management must haves Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life. The typical hiring range for this position is from $157,400-$206,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
