Our industry‑specific expertise, product extensions, and award‑winning services help customers innovate at speed.Our core values shape our culture and guide how we make decisions across every level of our organization.Our Core ValuesResults: Meritocracy drives your trajectory.Trust: Use critical thinking and proactive mindset to get things done.User Experience: Consistently exceed customer expectations.Embrace Change: Thrive in a dynamic organization.Growth: Continuously invest in skills and experience.Gratitude: Show appreciation and say thank you often.The OpportunityVistaVu is seeking a seasoned Director Employee Experience to lead the development and execution of an HR strategy that engages employees as owners and drives exceptional business performance.How do you know you are a fit?You thrive in a collaborative environment.You are a team player.You are self‑motivated and results‑driven.You have strong requirement‑gathering skills.You possess strategic planning and time‑management abilities.You have strong client engagement capabilities.What will you be doing?Along with the EX Executive Consultant, you will develop and implement an HR strategy that enhances employee engagement, creates a high‑performance culture, and supports VistaVu’s business objectives.Build a Competitive OrganizationRecruit and retain top talent through innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies.Facilitate workforce planning and forecast needs for permanent employees, contractors, and immigration pipelines.Assist in developing compensation and benefits strategy and oversee program administration.Implement rewards and recognition programs to increase results and engagement.Provide day‑to‑day performance‑management guidance to leaders.Help leaders address organizational, people, and change‑related issues.Strategic Planning – Helping the Organization Become Future‑ReadyIdentify training needs and align programs with business objectives.Execute workforce planning to right‑size, shape, cost, and add agility for the future.Facilitate talent and succession planning.Collaborate with business leaders to evolve organizational structures and talent strategies for scalability.Champion Company Culture and the Employee ExperienceBuild strong relationships across VistaVu.Engage and equip people leaders to lead highly engaged, inclusive workplaces.Implement and support company‑wide engagement initiatives, localizing as needed.Design, operate, and automate people processes to ensure clarity, efficiency, and a remarkable employee experience.Lead HR‑related projects and participate in special initiatives.Use Technology to Increase Efficiency and Drive Business ResultsServe as HRIS subject‑matter expert on recruitment and talent modules.Maintain solid understanding of core HRIS modules (people admin, time capture, payroll/benefits).Prefer experience with BambooHR.Define and deliver agendas to assess and enhance people system capabilities (HRIS, ATS, workforce planning).Enables Organizational EffectivenessBuild strategic partnerships with business unit leadership.Establish and operate a data and analytics capability for People Operations.Provide day‑to‑day performance‑management guidance to line management.Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.What experience do you need?10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.Comfort in a hands‑on, fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.Ability to develop and operationalize an HR strategy aligned with business goals.Partner with operations leaders to manage performance and engagement.Standardize and automate people‑management processes; ensure compliance and consistency.Use data to guide decisions and improve engagement and retention.Manage a small HR team.Strategic and tactical execution skills.Strong decision‑making, influencing, engaging, and inspiring capabilities.Proven track record of innovative people programs.Strong business acumen and understanding of financial and HR drivers.Consultative coaching experience.Advanced knowledge of HR legislation.Experience with U.S. and Canadian operations preferred.HR designation preferred.Detail‑oriented, process automation, creative thinking, problem solving, clear communication, business orientation, client focus, agility, and organization.What’s in it for you?Influence financial management, structure, and direction of a rapidly growing business.Ownership through our Employee Share Option Program.Competitive remuneration:Flexible health and wellness spending account.Bonus program.Standard, long‑term disability, life, and critical illness benefits.Work with great people in an environment that lives our core values.Growth through challenges, career development, and training opportunities.VistaVu Solutions is an equal‑opportunity employer.
