And adding you will help take us even further. You likely have 5+ years leading high-performing B2B sales teams in commercial or industrial markets. A record of exceeding targets and developing sales talent. A knack for turning relationships into long-term partnerships built on trust and results. Or prove yourself again. What You’ll Do Work shoulder to shoulder with the VP Sales, leadership team, and your team. Coach and develop a tight team that wins the right way. Build the systems, habits, and team to scale. Champion clear communication — between customers, teammates, and partners. Turn insight into action through disciplined use of CRM and performance data. Deliver sales plans that are met, measured, and exceeded. Build lasting customer relationships that strengthen JPC’s reputation for trust and service.
