Your job:
  • Coordinate the Digital Studio (ART) Agile Delivery Train to align teams towards common objectives.
  • Facilitate Agile events (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Risk Management, Demos) to ensure communication and transparency.
  • Encourage collaboration between teams to resolve obstacles and synchronize activities.
  • Collaborate in managing dependencies between teams to avoid blockages and ensure smooth deliveries.
  • Participate in monitoring the progress of the Increment Program (PI) objectives to ensure that deadlines and quality are met.
  • Ensure the implementation and compliance with SAFe practices and agile values.
  • Lead and coordinate all GDDS (Demand Management - Studio) activities.
  • Manage documentation in Confluence in collaboration with the teams.
  • Monitor other delivery trains and initiate knowledge sharing across the RTE community.
  • Participate in the onboarding of new team members.
  • Act as support to the Release Management team as needed.

Within the Personal Digital Delivery department, you are part of a large team of around a hundred colleagues and report to the Senior Director - Delivery. Prerequisites
  • Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity (computer science, engineering, project management).
  • An Agile certification (SAFe RTE, SPC, PSM) is an asset.
  • Understanding of Agile, Scrum and SAFe to organize and orchestrate the activities of an ART.
  • Experience in program management is essential for the good management of PI. (or any similar experience)
  • Mastery of collaborative tools: Jira, Confluence
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge in Excel
  • Knowledge of PowerBI is an asset
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change
