Rte Project Leader

A career as an RTE Project leader in the Digital Channels team at National Bank means acting as an agility and delivery specialist. **Your job**:
- Coordinate the Digital Studio (ART) Agile Delivery Train to align teams towards common objectives.
- Facilitate Agile events (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Risk Management, Demos) to ensure communication and transparency.
- Encourage collaboration between teams to resolve obstacles and synchronize activities.
- Collaborate in managing dependencies between teams to avoid blockages and ensure smooth deliveries.
- Participate in monitoring the progress of the Increment Program (PI) objectives to ensure that deadlines and quality are met.
- Ensure the implementation and compliance with SAFe practices and agile values.
- Lead and coordinate all GDDS (Demand Management - Studio) activities.
- Manage documentation in Confluence in collaboration with the teams.
- Monitor other delivery trains and initiate knowledge sharing across the RTE community.
- Participate in the onboarding of new team members.
- Act as support to the Release Management team as needed.

**Prerequisites**
- Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity (computer science, engineering, project management).
- An Agile certification (SAFe RTE, SPC, PSM) is an asset.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum and SAFe to organize and orchestrate the activities of an ART.
- Experience in program management is essential for the good management of PI. (or any similar experience)
- Mastery of collaborative tools: Jira, Confluence
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge in Excel
- Knowledge of PowerBI is an asset
- Ability to interpret performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change
