Your Role We’re on the lookout for a passionate Business Development Manager to be the face of RoomPriceGenie in the hospitality industry. Your mission is to drive business growth by building strong relationships with partners, hotel groups, and hospitality associations. You’ll take ownership of your market, increasing brand awareness and generating leads by forming partnerships with hotel tech companies and key players in the industry. Be the face of RoomPriceGenie for stakeholders across North America, representing the brand with confidence and professionalism. Drive business growth by networking, increasing brand awareness, and generating new leads to expand our presence in key markets. Collaborate closely with the Go‑To‑Market team, working alongside SDRs, Sales & Revenue Managers to align strategies and hit targets. Partner up with our Marketing and Partnerships departments to create impactful campaigns and forge strong industry relationships. Own customer success, using the CRM to track performance and identify opportunities to implement automation for improved efficiency. Qualifications You have a strong network in hotel tech and the hospitality industry within North America—knowing the key players and how to connect. C2‑level English proficiency. Currently based in the United States. 5+ years of experience in hospitality tech, including collaboration with hospitality tech consultants and managing partnerships such as resellers, referral partners, and integration partners. Successfully sold into and won hotel group business by leveraging hands‑on experience in both hotel operations and hospitality technology. Ideally, you hold a degree in business or hospitality, but practical experience is just as valuable. You’re enthusiastic, driven, and eager to learn, always looking to grow and make an impact. Exceptional communication skills—you know how to build relationships and communicate effectively. You’re target‑driven and thrive in an environment where results matter.
