**Job Title: Millwright Technician****Job Description**We are seeking a skilled Millwright Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for modifying, repairing, installing, maintaining, improving, and troubleshooting packaging and other manufacturing equipment.**Responsibilities**Modify, repair, install, maintain, improve, and troubleshoot packaging and other manufacturing equipment.Troubleshoot and solve problems related to mechanics, fitting, plumbing, basic welding, metal work, and machining.Integrate plant, quality, safety, and security policies and guidelines into all day-to-day activities.**Essential Skills**Proficiency in troubleshooting and mechanical repairs.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience with pneumatics and industrial equipment.Preventative maintenance skills.4-5 years of experience as a millwright.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**433A certification.Experience in a heavy industrial environment.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Working with larger bearings (50mm+ in diameter).Overhead crane operation.Ability to track belts, change rollers, and install mechanical splice for conveyor maintenance.Experience in repairing fans, airlocks, gearboxes, pneumatic cylinders, and pumps.**Why Work Here?**Join a company that values safety, quality, and innovation, offering a challenging and rewarding environment with opportunities for professional growth.**Work Environment**This position operates in a non-temperature-controlled, often dusty, heavy industrial environment.
