Maintenance Supervisor

Job description:
We're seeking a licensed Millwright with strong mechanical skills and leadership experience to join our team. This hybrid role combines hands-on maintenance with crew supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rebuild, repair, and maintain complex machinery (flow wrappers, conveyors, mixers, ovens, depositors, etc.)
- Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues; escalate when needed
- Lead and support a team of 9 technicians, overseeing scheduling, training, and accountability
- Act as the bridge between management and trades, ensuring both immediate fixes and long-term planning
- Support lean/continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Licensed Millwright (mechanical focus)
- Strong mechanical knowledge; some electrical troubleshooting
- Food manufacturing experience preferred (other industries considered)
- Leadership experience with maintenance teams
- Flexible to rotate between AM and PM shifts
This role offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership position while staying hands-on in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42.00-$45.00 per hour
