Oversee waste management activities at customer or group of customer locations. Establish processes to measure performance of all personnel to continuously improve performance levels. Ensure infrastructure and employees are equipped to conduct business efficiently and perform well in their jobs. Guide the professional development of personnel. Develop and ensure compliance with all company and customer policies and procedures. Qualifications Live local to Kitimat, B.C. 5+ years of facility/operations management experience. 2 years of P&L management experience. 5+ years’ experience managing hazardous waste projects/operations. Valid class 5 driver’s license with clean driving record. Commercial Driver’s license is highly preferred. 40-years of sustainability in action.
