What You'll Do Lead and mentor a talented HR team while staying hands-on with day-to-day operations. Drive national HR strategies that support organizational goals and foster a dynamic, innovative workplace. Manage core HR functions including compensation, employee benefits, and working knowledge of payroll. Implement, enhance, and optimize HR systems and technologies. Partner closely with senior leadership to translate business priorities into effective, actionable HR strategies. Shape organizational culture and build frameworks for learning, development, and career growth. What You Bring Strong HR Generalist background with expertise in compensation & benefits. Proven experience implementing HR technologies/systems. Ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution. Demonstrated success aligning HR initiatives with business outcomes. Undergraduate degree required; HR post-graduate certification preferred. Why This Role?
