Our client, a highly respected insurance organization located in downtown Toronto, is searching for a
Vice President, Human Resources

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a talented HR team while staying hands-on with day-to-day operations.
  • Drive national HR strategies that support organizational goals and foster a dynamic, innovative workplace.
  • Manage core HR functions including compensation, employee benefits, and working knowledge of payroll.
  • Implement, enhance, and optimize HR systems and technologies.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to translate business priorities into effective, actionable HR strategies.
  • Shape organizational culture and build frameworks for learning, development, and career growth.

What You Bring

  • Strong HR Generalist background with expertise in compensation & benefits.
  • Proven experience implementing HR technologies/systems.
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution.
  • Demonstrated success aligning HR initiatives with business outcomes.
  • Undergraduate degree required; HR post-graduate certification preferred.
