The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing our manufacturing operations through a consultative approach. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain custom Mongoose reports and dashboards using Infor's Form Reports for real-time manufacturing analytics. Customize and extend SyteLine forms using Mongoose framework, including UI enhancements. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, ION APIs, and BODs for seamless data exchange between CSI/SyteLine and third-party systems. Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions in CSI 10. Perform database development tasks, including SQL queries, stored procedures, and data modeling for performance tuning in SQL Server environments. Implement ETL processes and data migrations to support upgrades to the latest Infor OS versions compatible with SyteLine 10. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in 3-tier application architectures, ensuring high availability in cloud and on-premises deployments. Extend CSI/SyteLine functionality using Application Event Handlers (AES), extension classes (C#), and IDOs without direct database modifications. Analyze and optimize system performance, including handling large datasets in grids and DataViews for manufacturing reports. Document technical solutions, custom code, and configurations to support knowledge transfer and compliance in regulated industries. Stay current with Infor's release features, such as AI agents and process mining enhancements, for proactive implementations. Collaborate on cloud migrations to AWS-based multi-tenant environments. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Development experience with Infor CSI 10 and SyteLine ERP, including cloud-multi-tenant deployments. Proficiency in Mongoose framework for reports, forms, and customizations; experience with IDOs, AES, and extension classes. Strong expertise in SQL Server – queries, stored procedures, performance tuning. Strong expertise in .NET technologies (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET/MVC). Demonstrated experience building APIs and integrating with external systems like BI tools or MES. Familiarity with Infor OS, Ming.le, and bi-annual update cycles for seamless upgrades. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Ability to work independently or in a team, with a consultative approach to client and stakeholder interactions. Preferred Qualifications Infor certifications in CloudSuite Industrial or Mongoose development. Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD, GitHub, automated testing) and AWS cloud environments. Knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., MRP, shop floor, quality control) and EDI integrations. Prior work on CSI 10 enhancements like advanced replenishment or Factory Track.
