The Next Step in Your Career We’re on the lookout for a Senior Sales & Account Executive to join our downtown Vancouver team. If you’ve got experience in SDR, B2B sales, SaaS, or recruitment, and you’re ready for a role where you own the client relationship end‑to‑end, this is your next step. In this role, you’ll connect with HR leaders and recruitment decision‑makers (from scaling startups to enterprise clients), and introduce them to our full suite of recruitment software and services. You’ll be backed by a team of recruitment specialists who deliver what you sell, ensuring clients see real, lasting value. Responsibilities Engage new prospects daily via phone, email, and LinkedIn (targeting 50+ outbound touches per day) Run discovery calls to understand recruitment challenges and goals Lead tailored demos of our recruitment software and services Manage the full sales cycle, from pricing and objection handling to close Act as a trusted advisor and long‑term account manager for clients Collaborate closely with our in‑house specialists to deliver campaigns and service outcomes About You To qualify, you’ll have proven, successful sales experience and have worked in some capacity in a B2B environment (e.g., software sales, SaaS, recruitment services, etc.). Experience selling in the US market is a plus You know how to talk – confident communication and public speaking come naturally to you You’re passionate about sales, thrive in healthy competition, and perform well in structured environments with targets You have a solutions‑focused sales strategy that meets clients’ needs You’re driven to achieve your goals but equally care about helping others succeed Ability to influence is second nature to you, balancing client expectations smoothly Your optimism and energy positively impact the team and create a fun, productive environment You take ownership of your work and enjoy both the process and the results You thrive in face‑to‑face interactions and enjoy being in the office, embracing the camaraderie and close‑knitted culture Benefits As a valued member of the team, you’ll be rewarded with an attractive annual salary of $75K plus UNCAPPED commissions.
