Process Improvement Manager – Temporary (12‑month contract) Join CBI Home Health as a temporary Process Improvement Manager. This 12‑month contract role focuses on ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in processes and systems that align with service delivery standards and expectations. Responsibilities Ensure Best Practice guidelines are established and consistently applied across the Province. Implement and routinize Best Practice at each location to deliver high‑quality service efficiently. Develop, oversee, and execute project plans according to defined timelines and deliverables. Assess and re‑assess project deliverables to keep them aligned with goals. Consult subject‑matter experts to ensure projects meet or exceed objectives on time. Maintain a comprehensive change‑management strategy and plan. Use data to improve service delivery or processes, communicating insights with Directors and Managers. Develop, execute, and manage action plans related to funder outcomes and KPIs. Communicate opportunities to improve quality, data management, and overall effectiveness of service delivery across the region. Identify opportunities to innovate service delivery, processes, and systems. Ensure all accreditation processes and procedures are followed and documented. Collaborate with clinical leaders to align clinical Best Practice with process Best Practice. Identify and mitigate risks by engaging appropriate team members. Ensure processes and systems conform to current policy and procedure. Facilitate communication across all levels of the region to share data and improvement strategies. Contribute to local Quality Improvement Plans. Coordinate with other Process Improvement & Quality Managers to share knowledge and experience. Extract and analyze data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities for improvement. Enhance data confidence through cross‑referencing when possible. Sourcing opportunities to better collect and manage key data that drive clinical and business outcomes. Provide feedback on data analysis to the Director of Operations, Care Managers, or other stakeholders. Adhere to company health and safety guidelines, actively participate in safety initiatives, and promptly report hazards. Ensure proper use of routine practices and protective equipment. Respect privacy and confidentiality of clients, caregivers, families, and the healthcare team. Qualifications Post‑secondary education in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in an improvement leadership role. At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment or strong understanding of the home‑care sector. Demonstrated success in project planning and implementation. Experience in data analysis to drive quality improvements. Results‑oriented with strong analytical problem‑solving skills. Excellent organization and planning abilities. Proficiency in Project & Change Management. Critical and analytical thinking skills. Process Improvement and Quality Assurance expertise. Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time‑management and organizational skills. Computer literacy with various applications and programs. Experience with rigorous project management practices.
