Join to apply for the Early Talent – Consulting role at Bond Brand Loyalty Location: Downtown Toronto / Hybrid (Expected at least 3 days/week in office) Full‑Time: May 4, 2026 - end of August 2026 We are seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented and analytical Early Talent to join our Consulting Practice for the summer term. This role is designed to support our teams in developing and updating case studies, creating Salesware decks, and driving and participating in AI‑driven initiatives. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in demonstrating the impact and value of our solutions to clients, driving business development, and enhancing operational efficiencies through AI tools. Job Requirements Currently enrolled in a master's program with a focus on human‑centered design, behavioural economics or innovation. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess and implement AI tools. Strong presentation and storytelling skills, including the ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling case studies and Salesware decks. Detail‑oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Proactive and self‑motivated, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the team's success. Nice‑to‑have Skills Preferred experience with AI tools and analytics, as well as familiarity with consulting practices. Job Responsibilities Develop and update case studies that provide evidence of our Consulting solutions, showcasing our impact and value to clients. Create and maintain Salesware decks to support business development and client presentations. Participate as a leading member of the AI Minds working group, contributing to the evolution of our AI‑driven solutions and facilitating actionable adoption workshops. Assist with scribing, note‑taking, and other administrative duties to support project timelines and client expectations. Support assessing and implementing new AI tools for innovating on total experience maps and enhancing team efficiencies. Collaborate with team members to integrate AI tools and prompts for efficiencies into ongoing projects. Support the development of a robust case study process, capturing the great work being done and using it to drive business development. Work closely with the Directors, Consultants, and senior leaders to ensure effective onboarding, mentorship, and support throughout the tenure. Compensation: The expected base compensation for this role is $23 to $27 CAD hourly.
