**Job Title: Technician****Job Description**Join our dynamic team as a Technician, where you will play a crucial role in the installation and troubleshooting of cutting-edge ecommerce grocery automated technology. You will be involved in both the construction and maintenance of these advanced systems, ensuring seamless operations.**Responsibilities**Monitor, operate, correct faults, and perform housekeeping of automated material handling equipment in a fast-paced production environment.Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and computer system issues, escalating as necessary, and coach and mentor the production team to increase their knowledge.Maximize system performance and uptime through effective execution of maintenance-related activities.Investigate and resolve system material flow issues in collaboration with the operational production team.Facilitate continuous improvement activities by leveraging broad system knowledge and implementing site-specific enhancements.**Essential Skills**Experience in mechanical assembly, blueprint reading, and electrical systems.Proficiency in automation and the use of hand and power tools.Possess relevant qualifications, such as a 3rd to 5th year apprentice, mechanical technician, electrician, or electrical tech experience.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Experience with assembly, automation, and installation of conveyors or similar systems.Knowledge of working with cranes, hoists, and motors.Experience working at heights and in cold environments.Possession of electrical or mechanical certifications.**Why Work Here?**Be part of a rapidly growing company in North America, offering permanent positions from the start and a recession-proof career.
