With a staff of 14,000, the TCDSB is a dynamic school board and is accepting applications for the position of Occasional Library Technician. The Board maintains a roster of temporary/casual staff for assignment to cover employee absences. Supply staff are assigned from a pool on an as-needed basis.
We are seeing Qualified Library Technicians and Unqualified Library Technicians, to work on a daily occasional basis, or in long-term assignments.

Requirements
To be considered as Qualified, candidates are required to have a Library Technician Diploma. Consideration will be given to those who are enrolled in the program and nearing successful completion.
To be considered as Unqualified, candidates must have a minimum of a college-level Diploma.
Pastoral Reference Letter from a Roman Catholic Parish, indicating you are a practicing Roman Catholic (dated within the past 12 months).
Resume and Cover Letter addressed to the Sr. Manager of Recruitment, Human Resources.
The daily rate of pay is $167.84 (effective September 1, 2023).
