Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kelowna, BC, for a Service Delivery Manager. The Service Delivery Manager will ensure the timely and quality delivery of IT services to our clients while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing and managing field service operations, enhancing customer relationships, implementing IT service management processes, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring service delivery performance aligns with client expectations and agreements. Qualifications Strong expertise in MSP Service Delivery Management and Service Delivery processes Proven track record of ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Service Experience and understanding of MSP - IT Service Management for efficient and seamless IT operations Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across departments Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred ITIL certification or other relevant qualifications are an asset Canadian citizenship or landed immigrant status is mandatory We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes dental care, disability insurance, extended health care, life insurance, vision care, RRSP matching after 1st year, and convenient on‑site parking.
