You will play a pivotal role in closing new business. Here’s how you can make an impact in this role, and in your career: Be in a role that provides Strategic Sales Support to numerous sales executives within FedEx Express Prospect and close net new business opportunities (mid-market) by identifying potential new customers Develop solutions that are tailored to meet our potential/existing customers' needs. Collaborating/ Coordinating with cross-functional and internal sales teams for lead generation, pricing and customer experience. You will work closely with Management and internal teams to share insights, strategies, and drive the business forward. What do you need to be successful in this role? Bachelor’s Degree 3 years of B2B/commercial sales experience Solution Seller: Identify and understand customer pain points and offer solutions that align with their objectives. Organization and Communication Skills Adaptable and Flexible Customer-Focused: You understand the importance of a positive, end-to-end customer experience and act accordingly.
