Position Overview

Hammehr Talent Consultants is partnering with an innovative SaaS startup to recruit a Senior Marketing Specialist. This role involves crafting and executing strategic marketing and sales content aimed at promoting effective and affordable solutions for there clients.


What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Lead and develop the strategy and execution of marketing and sales content, including writing compelling sales collateral (decks, one-pagers) and marketing materials (websites, LinkedIn content) to accelerate the prospecting process.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Founders to create impactful sales collateral that aligns with the Ideal Client Profile (ICP), Buyer Journey, and Messaging Framework.
  • Guide the revision and relaunch of the company's website, ensuring alignment with the ICP, Buyer Journey, and Messaging Framework.
  • Evolve the company's ICPs, Buyer Journeys, and Messaging Frameworks based on insights from new clients.
  • Develop scalable processes for managing all external company communications, including the Company Newsletter and LinkedIn page.
  • Create marketing and sales collateral to support the upselling and cross-selling of the company’s consulting clients into the company’s SaaS product.


Basic Requirements (Must Have)

  • Proven experience in writing compelling sales and marketing collateral for Enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven ability to craft and execute marketing strategies that add value for prospects and drive inbound pipeline.
  • A mature self-starter who can operate independently and collaborate effectively with Product, Sales, and Senior Leadership.


Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience working for a SaaS startup.
  • Strong background in strategic marketing and sales content creation.
