About the Role: ATCO Structures & Logistics is seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Communications Specialist who possesses a robust background in developing and executing marketing and communications strategies. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing initiatives and managing comprehensive campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate your creative writing skills by crafting compelling marketing and communication plans.
  • Oversee complex marketing communications projects while collaborating closely with our Corporate Marketing & Communications team.
  • Act as the marketing and communications subject matter expert, assisting in the execution of both internal and external communication strategies.
  • Support the creation of communication materials tailored for executive audiences, including innovative designs and updates to internal communication channels.
  • Contribute significantly to the development of marketing strategies, plans, budgets, and timelines for various business lines.
  • Implement marketing campaigns, monitor value creation, and execute the marketing and communications plans for Structures Canada.
  • Provide commercial support with sales bid assistance and presentation materials.
  • Create and manage content for our social media platforms, ensuring engagement and timely responses.
  • Update and maintain the company website for Structures Canada, enhancing user experience and content relevance.
  • Collaborate with digital experts to monitor and analyze SEO rankings, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in planning and executing internal events.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in crafting marketing campaigns and developing communication strategies, with a strong emphasis on professional content writing.
  • Educational background in English, Communications, Public Relations, Business Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A proven track record as a marketing and communication strategist with successful implementation of communication plans.
  • Exceptional creative writing abilities with a talent for bringing concepts to life.
  • Experience with social media platforms and planning tools, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Stream, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SalesForce and Constant Contact is a plus.
