This is a high-impact field-based role where you will manage a strong existing book of business while driving new growth across the Greater Montreal market. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will spend your time building deep customer relationships, uncovering opportunities across multiple industrial segments, and partnering with internal teams to deliver best-in-class packaging and environmental solutions. This is a full sales cycle position with a mix of 60 percent existing business and 40 percent net-new development. You will also work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and be part of a collaborative, high-performing sales team in a company known for its commitment to sustainability, operational excellence, and customer success. Responsibilities • Build deep customer relationships and uncover opportunities across multiple industrial segments. • Partner with internal teams to deliver packaging and environmental solutions. • Manage a full sales cycle with a balance of existing business and net-new development (60% existing, 40% net-new). • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and contribute to a high-performing, sustainability-focused sales team.
