We areseeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator Specialist to support ourCarbon Credit Program. This 2-month contract role focuses on initiating contactthrough outbound calls/emails and identifying potential clients that areinterested in selling their carbon credits. The ideal candidate is confident onthe phone, organized, and able to work independently to achieve weekly targets.Part-time (minimum 10-20 hours a week/ 2 days per week) /2 months (expected start date: January 5, 2026) Expected salary: $20.00 per hour + commission On-site or remote (if needed) Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls/emails from a list of prospects. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions. Meet or exceed weekly call volumes, lead generation, and conversion targets. Provide feedback on lead quality, call outcomes, and common objections. Represent the company professionally and follow communication guidelines. Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales support preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly over the phone. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily. Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively. Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn.
