The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and talented Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fitness, adept at creating engaging content, and capable of juggling multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. You will work closely with our marketing team to execute campaigns through different channels , manage our social media presence, and support our community and event initiatives.


Your Mission

  • Spearhead the development and execution of innovative social media content strategies, focusing on crafting high-impact Reels, graphics, and videos that go viral.
  • Manage and grow SweatPals' main social media accounts as well as our city-specific accounts, ensuring local engagement and a strong, unified brand presence.
  • Design and implement weekly email marketing campaigns tailored to engage our community and keep them informed and excited about our offerings.
  • Oversee and refine advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Google, ensuring they align with our brand goals and achieve maximum ROI.
  • Coordinate promotions and assist with special events and major launches, creating buzz and excitement through multi-channel marketing.
  • Work collaboratively with team members from various departments to ensure a unified and effective approach to our marketing efforts.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns, gaining insights that drive strategy refinement and boost engagement.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and continuously innovate to keep our brand at the forefront of the fitness community.


What You Bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or tech industries.
  • Proficiency in English with outstanding communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in creating and editing graphic content using Canva and producing engaging short-form video content while being comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
  • An eye for viral content and trends, with a knack for capturing audience interest.
  • Being comfortable speaking and acting in front of cameras and create trendy, viral social media content.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Facebook ads, email marketing, event management, video editing, and SEO is a plus
  • Experience with creating content strategies and create content calendars across all social media channels
  • A passion for fitness, wellness, and community-building.
