Job Description :Digital Marketing Specialist


Prep Doctors is the leading dental training provider that offers first-class preparatory courses that prepare foreign-trained healthcare professionals to obtain licenses and practice in Canada, the US and Australia.


We are looking for a fun, energetic, and creative individual to work with a small and agile marketing team primarily executing our day-to-day marketing activities and long-term growth strategy.


This role requires a professional who has their finger on the pulse of educational trends, with knowledge from analyzing to presenting content in front of our ideal clients and capturing new audiences.


Responsibilities


  • Communicate regularly with cross-functional departments to provide campaign updates, discuss strategy adjustments, and address any concerns or questions.
  • Optimize marketing funnels and improve content, websites and landing page conversion rates
  • Oversee search engine marketing (SEM) initiatives to improve and drive targeted traffic to our website.
  • Develop and execute strategic paid media plans focusing on search and social ads.
  • Build highly personalized nurturing email campaigns.
  • Developing Marketing/sales automation to ensure leads are properly qualified and followed up on.
  • Conduct daily social listening, analyze trends, competitors and community management.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to write, publish and maintain a cadence of Blogs, articles, posts, and emails for related useful content.
  • Pro-active in identifying outreach opportunities including sponsors, Influencers, events and podcasts.
  • Assist in the planning and scheduling our content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X and Google on editorial calendar.
  • Repurpose and summarize long-form video content into other formats including emails, blogs, landing pages and social captions.
  • Prepare marketing reports and performance metrics in a clear and actionable manner.


Qualifications


  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably with a growing start-up.
  • Experience with CRM marketing automation software (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Expertise with SEO tools (ahrefs, Semrush)
  • Proficiency in managing digital advertising campaigns, with a strong understanding of performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills using (Asana, Jira, Trello)
  • Solid understanding of the social platform's management systems and content-planning apps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other team members
