SUMMARY
The Director, Institutional Projects will be responsible for project leadership and coordination across a range of initiatives related to the build out of the Institutional FX vertical at Corpay Cross Border. The role will report to the SVP Global Institutional Sales and be required to support and collaborate with the leadership across both the Institutional FX Sales and Institutional Fund Services business segments in each region. The role will also have revenue generation objectives and require the identification and development of relevant new business channel opportunities for the vertical.
Reporting to the SVP, Global Institutional Sales, the Director, Institutional Projects will be tasked with the following core objectives:
- Responsibility for delivery on all assigned project management activities in both the FX Sales and Fund Services segments of the global institutional vertical to facilitate the accelerated build out of necessary business infrastructure across product, compliance, regulatory, risk, marketing, business intelligence and operations.
- Performance of market intelligence, customer research and financial analysis activities to support leadership decisions in the vertical regarding product prioritization and geographic expansion.
- Coordination of global communication across the team including the documentation and adaptation of regional best practices and sales processes across the institutional vertical.
- Assist with marketing and sales initiatives into specified global institutional sales channels with the objective of acquiring new relationships and contributing to achievement of overall vertical revenue targets.
- Development and management of vertical specific training programs, marketing materials, diligence packs, and special event budgets.
- Assistance with vertical employee recruitment, identification and evaluation of partnership opportunities, and engagement with global investment consultant community.
In addition to the specific objectives above, you will also be required to:
- Maintain a personal commitment to training opportunities and build an excellent understanding of all current and future products, processes and services relevant to the Corpay’s institutional vertical.
- Engage all stakeholders from a consultative standpoint that seeks to uncover their explicit needs and align these needs with the skills and capabilities of the business to present well-considered and professional solutions that maximize our opportunities to succeed.
- Work effectively with other team members to help generate a supportive team culture.
- Quickly develop a clear understanding of all applicable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure these are prioritized and achieved on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
- Display positive and encouraging behaviors that promote a positive working environment.
- Contribute and commit to creating a personal development plan that considers all training and development needs of the present role as well as providing a strong foundation for achieving your future career aspirations.
- Other duties from time to time as directed by your manager.
