Our North Vancouver office team is seeking a keen and enthusiastic individual who would like to join the Ellison team as an Event & Tour Coordinator

The Role:

The successful candidate will work with the General Manager work together to execute successful tour operations for the events. The Event & Tour Coordinator will complete several festival related duties and have a focus on building excellent relationships with suppliers (hotels, restaurants and attractions) as well as teachers/group leaders. The Event and Tour Coordinator will also qualify and provide quotations to new teachers interested in attending the festivals. We welcome you to come join our zealous and knowledgeable team of travel professionals


Qualifications

  • Team-focused with ability to adapt and support change, solve problems creatively, and adjust approach as necessary.
  • Passion and experience in travel an asset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, sense of accountability, and professionalism.
  • Technological proficiency including MS office, and ability to adapt quickly to changing technology.
  • Ability to adapt and support change, solve problems creatively, and adjust approach as necessary.
