Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Sales Specialist at A&F Building Group in Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Architectural Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling specialty architectural products, managing sales projects, collaborating with interior designers, and providing expertise on building materials and furniture selections.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Identify and build relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and business owners to promote our interior glazing solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain an in-depth understanding of our product line to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery, from initial inquiry to final installation.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the interior glazing industry.
  • Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our solutions.
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts, ensuring all client needs are addressed effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in architectural products, glazing, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge or interest in architecture, design, and interior construction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans is an asset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
