The Role:

We are currently in the process of building something special and are actively looking an Agency Co-Founder (Content Lead / Art Director) . If want to bet on yourself and collaborate with a dynamic team of go-getters, this is your opportunity to go all in. Just a heads-up, we're starting from the ground up, and you can stay with your current employer while we get things rolling.


While you can be located anywhere in Canada, we would prefer someone based in the Metro Vancouver area.

What we are looking for:

In this role, you will spearhead the creative aspects of our digital marketing efforts. Your expertise in content strategy and visual design will be instrumental in crafting impactful campaigns. This position provides a unique opportunity to co-create a digital marketing agency from the ground up, influencing its creative vision and strategic direction.


  • You have at least 8+ years of experience working on Fortune 500 companies
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of building successful marketing campaigns
  • Proven experience in content strategy and art direction within a digital marketing context
  • Skilled at producing short-form video content (for example, you could be someone with 500K+ followers on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Proficiency in design tools and a keen eye for visual aesthetics as well as latest trends
  • Excellent leadership, strong team management skills, and exceptional communication abilities


Nice-to-have:

  • Own a pro camera and other equipment to produce static and video content
  • Experienced in building up social media accounts through organic growth strategies


Responsibilities:

Content Production : Develop content that aligns with client objectives and resonate with target audiences


Art Direction : Lead the design and visual elements of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence


Campaign Developmen t: Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with client goals (paid media ads, organic social media content, short-form videos, etc.)


Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand their brand and communication goals, translating them into effective creative solutions


Innovation : Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative innovations to enhance the agency's competitive edge


Hard work and no BS : Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset, willingly invest effort, understanding that initial contributions may not be financially rewarded, while aligning with the long-term vision and potential success of the initiative.
