Head of Account Management (North America) Join the mission of Goodstack – a Series A social impact startup powered by Goodstack’s unified platform to enable global enterprises and nonprofits to give, volunteer, and fund with confidence. In this hand‑on, player‑coach role you’ll own everything that happens after the sale – renewals, growth, senior relationships and the operating rhythm that keeps it all running to standard. You’ll report to the VP of GTM, work with the executive team, and drive customer success and growth strategy across North America. Responsibilities – Build and Scale Our AM Function Revenue & retention – Deliver strong renewal and growth results across our enterprise accounts, show clear value, build a disciplined forecasting process and launch dashboards, health scores and reporting frameworks with RevOps. Team leadership – Hire and develop a high‑performing AM team, act as a player‑coach in customer meetings, set expectations for preparation and follow‑up, and create competency frameworks. Operating model & playbooks – Design the AM coverage model by ARR tier, segment and geography, drive adoption of core cadences and SLAs, capture best practice and repeatable playbooks, and improve workflows with RevOps on HubSpot, Gong and Notion. Strategic accounts & cross‑functional leadership – Build and maintain senior/executive relationships, act as escalation point for key customers, partner with Product, Solutions, Marketing and Sales on adoption, roadmap and growth plans. After 12‑18 months success will look like: sustained NRR > target, a clear AM operating model, a high‑calibre team that delivers to standard, accurate forecasts, simple account plans for every top‑tier customer, and Goodstack seen by senior stakeholders as a proactive, trusted partner. Requirements 10+ years in Account Management or Customer Success for enterprise SaaS. 5+ years leading high‑performing enterprise teams, scaling environments, proven ownership of NRR and GRR. Experience managing large, multi‑stakeholder accounts worth seven or eight figures in ARR. Built or scaled AM functions – coverage models, cadences, playbooks. Strong in CRM / CS tooling (HubSpot), call intelligence (Gong) and enablement (Notion). Comfort with forecasting, segmentation and performance partnering with RevOps. Based in the Central or Eastern time zone in North America, able to travel to clients and Europe. Bonus Corporate giving, CSR or philanthropy ecosystem experience. Fintech or donations infrastructure experience. Building or scaling post‑sale teams in fast‑growth SaaS. Helping purpose‑led organizations connect commercial growth with good cause.
