Job Description The Research Analyst is responsible for managing internal projects and producing high-quality research reports. This role requires the management of multiple projects simultaneously, work with various internal teams to ensure project success, and produce accurate, insightful research reports. Strong attention to detail and time management are essential for adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality work. Additionally, proficiency in data analysis and reporting is crucial to deliver actionable insights. To be successful in this role you need to be highly organized, capable of managing competing priorities, and able to synthesize large amounts of data into clear insights. Strong communication skills are essential to collaborate with internal teams and present findings effectively. A problem-solving mindset and keen analytical ability are also key to overcoming challenges and providing strategic recommendations. Participate in client meetings to fully understand project objectives and ensure alignment with research deliverables. Oversee full-cycle project management, collaborating with operations teams to ensure quality control, proper validation, and adherence to project timelines. Conduct statistical analysis and create reporting plans to interpret and present research findings clearly. Develop clear and concise research reports based on data analysis, ensuring insights are actionable and client needs are met. Monitor project progress, ensuring data integrity and that all project stages (e.g., pre-test, fieldwork, post-field analysis) meet quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Sociology, Psychology, Market Research, or Business. At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, ensuring strong communication and relationship-building skills. At least 1 year of experience in a research role, either in an academic setting or within a market research company, with a focus on data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in using research and data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Excel, Tableau) and familiarity with market research methodologies. Detail Oriented: A strong ability to maintain accuracy in both data analysis and reporting, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Additional Information Project Management: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial to meet deadlines, coordinate teams, and ensure the smooth execution of research tasks. Communication and Writing: Clear communication is essential for collaborating with teams and clients, while strong writing skills are needed to convey complex data and insights effectively. Analytical Skills: Essential for interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support client decision-making. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise during the research process, ensuring smooth project execution and high-quality results.
