Talent Acquisition Lead – Uline Location: Toronto Branch, 3333 James Snow Parkway, Milton, ON L9T 8L1 Salary: $100,000 to $130,000 per year At Uline, we believe it’s all about having good people. As a Talent Acquisition Lead at our Milton Branch, you help connect quality candidates with a fulfilling career for our growing North American company. Position Responsibilities Perform full‑cycle recruiting to support high‑level staffing of our warehouse operation. Recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and networking. Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, and required qualifications and skills to prepare a recruitment plan. Work with interviewers and hiring managers to compile candidate recommendations. Provide guidance and mentorship to the recruiting team. Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other organizations to find talent. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in recruiting or a related HR function. LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
