**The Role**:
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into internal recruitment as Talent Acquisition Consultant, specialising in sourcing talent for clinical and support services functions. Typical roles we recruit in this space include Optometrists, finance, marketing and technology.
- Support development of talent pipeline through strategic networking,
- Support implementation of strategic projects and workplace branding initiatives.

**Who you are**:

- Experience in high volume full-cycle recruitment,
- Ability to proactively work both autonomously and collaboratively,
- Strong time management and organizational skills,
- Effective influencing and negotiation skills,
